"Don’t go to State Farm on derby without keeping a thorough track of your receipt records unless you want stolen from and absolutely zero customer service. I get a call today saying I owed 318 bucks and I knew the dollar amount didn’t sound right and was extremely higher then normal. & When I asked when was the last payment made, is when I initially caught onto them stealing from me. I paid them 3 weeks ago 90 bucks and when they told me they hadn’t received a payment relatively close to that date I turned to the front desk clerk and said I know you remember me coming in I personally paid you, And then the woman Staci from the back over spoke her in a shady way and cut her off from even talking and lured me to her computer demonstration just to point out the old bills again pretending like she had no idea what I was talking about. She did nothing to rectify the situation and not only that but did absolutely nothing in regards to looking or digging into anything further to get the bottom of it and when I think back THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME ITS HAPPENED. She did this bull crap months ago once already. I repeat DO NOT GO TO STATE FARM ON DERBY"
